I also got second Demo Set from a friend, to add up elves together. Unfortunately in this one the Lotus Guard was missing a had with a sword. I replaced it with a had holding head from Victrix Vikings set. But the Viking head was way too big. It happened that same friend had fail printed Blackblood Orc Swordsman Leader. The Viking head was swapped for an Ork one.
